The Green Bike and its components are warranted to be free of defects by Green Cycles for 90 days from the original delivery date.

The bicycle frame, rear rack, hub motor and controller should last you a lifetime.  These are designed to put up with the harshest conditions and are completely over engineered. The motors are tank tested and capable of running while completely submerged underwater. These electric bikes are capable of running at higher voltages with no modification, however we do NOT warranty if you overvolt the system beyond 36V.  At 36V it runs at the correct and safe speed that it was meant for.

The Green Battery and Charger are also warranted to be free of defects for 90 days from delivery if you followed all the instructions properly.  Keep in mind the battery is a normal wear and tear part.  After 1000 cycles, it is perfectly normal for it to have 80% capacity. Damages resulting from improper charging of the battery pack or use of any charger not supplied by Green Cycles are not covered.  Motors, battery packs, and controllers that have been opened for any purpose whatsoever void the warranty.

Please do not neglect your bike, the Green Bike doesn't require any heavy maintenance overall anyway, so there is no excuse for not keeping your bike in tip top shape. Tires, tubes, saddles, gloves, grips, brakes, cables, and chains are consumable items that are subject to normal wear and tear and are NOT covered under the warranty.

Green Cycles reserves the right to repair or replace defective components, at our discretion, with components of similar or equivalent quality.  This warranty does not include shipping costs of any kind.

This warranty is void if the bicycle and any of its components are subject to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use, at the sole discretion of Green Cycles.  Personal injury, loss or damage, and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. In no event shall Green Cycles be liable for incidental or consequential damages which might arise as a result of the improper use and/or failure of the bicycle.
